When you contact us, we will ask as many questions as we can to learn about your project
We will conduct site measurements, drawings
(as needed) and email you a detailed proposal. Once the proposal is signed, it becomes our contract. This secures your place on the schedule. We will also give you a tentative start date.
Production
We will contact you the week before the tentative start date to update you on the schedule. Please be available for a walk-through with the lead carpenter on the first and last day of installation.
